Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and LINQ. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Azure DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and performance-oriented SQL development. The candidate should also possess solid experience in working with frontend technologies, cloud-native architectures, and be comfortable contributing to complex systems with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop robust data access layers using Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for high-performance data access.
• Knowledge to manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build automation, release management, and deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to configure cloud environments in Microsoft Azure.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environmentparticipating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Use JIRA/Azure devops for project tracking, sprint planning, and task management.
• Conduct peer code reviews, perform unit testing, and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Document solutions, processes, and architecture in alignment with project and business goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide reliable application support.
• Analyze and work with existing codebases/artifacts and start contributing with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful API development.
• Proficient in SQL Server, including query tuning, performance optimization, and database design.
• Solid working knowledge of both .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Experience building and maintaining Windows Services.
• Knowledge working with Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, artifacts, deployments(Nice to have).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Functions.
• Proficient in Azure App Development and Deployment.
• Experience working with SVC-based web services.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems including Azure Repos and GitHub.
• In-depth working experience with JIRA for sprint planning and task management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
• Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript and ASP.Net front end page developments.

Domain Expertise(Nice to Have):

• Experience in Lead Management Systems and CRM platforms.
• Exposure to Loan Management and Lending Platforms.

Additional / Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Exposure to building systems using Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, including Azure AD, OAuth, and token-based authentication.
• Knowledge of serverless development using Azure Functions and other cloud-native practices.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
